🌳 Enclosed garden with a mix of grass,patio and decking, All the fencing is 1m+ as well as raised so some parts are 6foot +. The smallest gap is the decking railing which is maybe 10-15cm wide so a very small dog to squeeze through!! There arent any other gaps. 

🌾 Exclusive use of 1.5-2 acre field that can be used outside of hay making time (time of year dependant on weather!! ( post and rail fencing)

🚗 Situated along a quiet roadside and the parking is off road infront of the property.
 
🐄 There can sometimes be cows/sheep in the fields surrounding the property.

🐑 Set in a quiet location, small chance of seeing people if you left all the blinds open on the property.

🚶 Quiet local walks, depending on which moor you walk on you may not meet another person or dog 

🛋️ Dogs allowed everywhere with throws. 

🛌 Please bring your own bedding protectors if sleeping on the beds.

 🐶 Dogs can be left for short periods of time if you wanted to go to the pub for tea.
